What You’ll Do
* Work closely with internal teams to understand and apply best practices in security, compliance, and software development
* Design and implement secure systems, processes, and training materials
* Use data insights to identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement
* Solve complex technical problems using a structured and analytical approach
* Contribute to strengthening and improving overall platform security
Responsibilities
* Support and guide teams on technical standards and best practices
* Analyse systems and processes to identify vulnerabilities or inefficiencies
* Develop clear documentation and training resources
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
* Take ownership of projects and deliver meaningful improvements

* Location: London (hybrid after an initial training period)
* Salary: £31,000

Requirements:
* 2:1 or above in a STEM degree (ideally cyber security or computer science)
* Strong A-levels (AAB minimum, including A in Maths)
* Logical, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
* Confident communicator who enjoys working in a team
* Quick learner with strong organisational skills
