In light of this growth, they are seeking a Bid Manager to join them in London.
Responsibilities:
• Review tender documentation and lead the development of tender proposals.
• Research to understand project scope, objectives, and constraints.
• Create a detailed list of clarifications, exclusions & and compliance on a perproject basis.
• Coordinate with the project managers to incorporate their input into the proposal.
• Organise and compile all required documents for tender submission.
• Support in the cost and price calculation – checking alignment with the
tender’s requests.
• Ensure that tender submissions meet deadlines and comply with tendering
guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of tender activities, communication, and
documentation.
Candidate Profile:
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and project management
concepts Significant previous experience in architectural tendering
• Knowledge of the architectural industry’s standards and practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong writing skills, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task – communicating with multiple stakeholders and working on different tasks with competing deadlines.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in English
Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and InDesign.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering field (nice to have, not a necessity) We offer a competitive salary & benefits package.
