£80,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance
We are recruiting for an experienced HSE Manager to join a high profile Facilities Management contract supporting a well known global banking client. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role with responsibility across EMEA and APAC regions.
Based in London three days per week, you will provide strategic Health, Safety & Environmental leadership across a corporate office portfolio, managing a remote team in the Philippines and working closely with regional operational leads. The role reports into US leadership and plays a key part in driving governance, compliance and continuous improvement across multiple jurisdictions.
The Role
Lead HSE strategy across EMEA and APAC within a corporate FM environment
Manage and develop a remote HSE team
Ensure compliance with local legislation while aligning to global standards
Oversee audit programmes and ISO 45001 compliance
Provide board-level reporting and client-facing governance updates
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
Drive continuous improvement and positive safety culture across engineering and operational teams
Support contractor management and critical engineering risk control Requirements
Proven experience within a Facilities Management environment (hard services or total FM preferred)
Experience operating across multi-site or multi-region portfolios
Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and audit processes
Demonstrable experience managing remote or international teams
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and corporate clients
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence operational leadership Package
£75,000 - £80,000 basic salary
£5,600 car allowance
