Primary Responsibilities
* Apply professional knowledge and skills to support the delivery of the practice's goals and vision.
* Act as Project Manager on designated projects, overseeing delivery from inception to completion.
* Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues, encouraging continual professional development.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, while fostering effective collaboration within the team.
* Contribute to a wide range of project stages, from planning studies and design development through to site inspections.
* Support business development activities, including networking, preparing fee proposals, and securing new opportunities.
Secondary Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development of new areas of work and service offerings.
* Support office administration and operational tasks as required.
* Actively engage in CPD for both self and colleagues, in line with the practice's long-term vision.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
* Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI), with a minimum of 6 years' relevant professional experience.
* Degree in Landscape Architecture.
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
* Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience Required
* At least 6 years of professional practice experience, with a proven record of successful project delivery and implementation.
