Sports Coach Location: Sheffield (S11) Salary: £95 – £120 per day (Depending on Experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long Term, Full-time / Part-time Are you ready to bring your enthusiasm for sports into the classroom and inspire the next generation? GSL Education are looking for passionate and dynamic Sports Coaches to join schools across Sheffield. As a Sports Coach, you will deliver engaging sports sessions, support pupils in developing teamwork and fitness, and assist teachers with PE lessons. You will work with individuals and groups, helping pupils achieve their full potential both physically and socially. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver fun, engaging sports activities and PE lessons. Support pupils in improving physical skills, teamwork, and confidence. Work 1:1 or with small groups to provide tailored support where needed. Encourage a positive, inclusive, and safe sporting environment. Assist teachers in managing PE classes and extracurricular sports activities. Sports Coach Requirements: Experience working with children in schools or sports clubs, or coaching sports is desirable. A degree in Physical Education, Sports or similar field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire children of all abilities. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
