Job Description:
The Role: In this role, you will work with a team supporting critical technology systems, guiding business partners & end users with best practices, solution design, and creating long-term value for customers.
Job Responsibilities:
* Act as Servant Leader to an Agile team.
* Educate Agile teams to maximize efficiencies and performance using Scaled Agile practices.
* Coach teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.
* Guide teams to deliver customer value consistently.
* Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across teams.
* Facilitate Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
* Work with Product Owners to ensure clarity, prioritization, and understanding of features and stories.
* Maintain open communication channels for transparency.
* Collaborate with peer Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Agile Coaches to enhance Scaled Agile effectiveness.
