What You Will Own Enterprise Go-to-Market Leadership Define and execute Endava’s global go-to-market positioning across industries, capabilities and strategic alliances. Refine and strengthen our competitive differentiation in digital engineering, data, cloud and AI-led transformation. Translate corporate strategy into compelling market narratives that resonate with clients, partners, analysts and investors. Drive measurable impact on pipeline growth, revenue expansion and market share. Public Company Communications & Executive Visibility Lead global external communications within a listed company environment. Elevate executive and corporate visibility across media, analysts and key stakeholders. Ensure consistent, high-impact messaging aligned to corporate strategy and financial performance. Lead reputation and sensitive communications with confidence and precision. Transformation & Change Lead marketing through periods of organisational and strategic transformation. Reposition capabilities, industries or offerings as the business evolves. Build a marketing function that can scale, adapt and lead change - not react to it. Embed commercial accountability and performance discipline across the function. Commercial Growth Engine Strengthen marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue. Advance account-based and industry-led go-to-market models in close partnership with Commercial leadership. Maximise impact of strategic partner and ecosystem marketing. Establish clear performance metrics and ROI transparency across all initiatives. Global Leadership Lead and evolve a high-performing global marketing and communications leadership team. Align Brand, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing and Marketing Operations into a cohesive global function.
