Assistant Manager – Warehouse & Shops
As an Assistant Manager, you will manage the day‑to‑day operations of our warehouse, guide volunteers, allocate stock to shops, perform housekeeping tasks, maintain a safe working environment, provide relief cover in shops across Salisbury and Dorset, and open/operate shops in line with company policies.

* Support the Shop Manager to achieve financial goals and maintain high standards
Qualifications and requirements
* Willingness to work flexibly Monday to Sunday
* Experience in warehouse or retail operations preferred
