Position Overview
You will provide essential administrative and technical support to the Farm Compliance team. Your work will directly help consultants deliver high-quality reports and plans to clients, ensuring they meet key agricultural and environmental standards. You will be central to maintaining the team's efficiency and client service.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and format various farm management plans.
* Deliver Red Tractor and LEAF Marque compliance folders.
* Maintain accurate compliance document records.
* Liaise with consultants on client reports.
* Monitor key submission and renewal deadlines.
* Provide administrative support to fee-earning consultants.
Requirements
* Experience in a business support administrative role.
* Background in a professional services environment.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* High proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong written English and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
