University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking to appoint an Estates Administration Manager responsible for leading the organisation and provision of a full range of administrative services to our central estates team.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Facilities Management, this pivotal role ensures the smooth delivery of administrative support across the department. The Administration Manager will lead a team of administrators and be responsible for organising and providing a full range of financial, secretarial, clerical, and administrative services, working with colleagues to deliver a seamless service that aligns with Estates business requirements.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of administrators to deliver a full range of financial, secretarial, clerical and administrative services for the central estates team.
* Organise and provide administrative support that aligns with the Estates department’s business requirements.
* Proactively assess stakeholder needs and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a high-quality service.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and responsive administrative service across the department.
Qualifications
* Proactive, highly organised individual with strong leadership and administrative experience.
* Background in office and team management with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Confident with financial systems and Microsoft Office; able to manage competing priorities and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
