Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager who will be Responsible for managing and overseeing all contractual agreements with ISPs, contractors and sub-contractors (vendors). This role involves the negotiation, drafting, implementation, and ongoing management of contracts to ensure compliance, cost efficiency, and alignment with the company’s objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong contract management skills, industry knowledge of telecommunications, and the ability to build effective relationships with vendors.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Contract Negotiation & Drafting:
Lead negotiations for contracts, ensuring favorable terms, cost savings, and alignment with company requirements.
Draft, review, and finalize contracts related to services, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
Manage relationships with telecommunications vendors, acting as the primary point of contact for contractual issues.
Monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels (SLAs) and ensure timely resolution of any contract disputes.
Conduct regular vendor performance reviews to ensure optimal delivery of services.
Contract Administration & Compliance:
Maintain an organized database of all telecom contracts, including tracking key dates such as contract renewals, expirations, and amendments.
Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor contract performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs), taking action to address any discrepancies.
Cost Management & Optimization:
Analyze expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities through contract renegotiation, consolidation, or alternative solutions.
Ensure all contracts are aligned with the company’s financial objectives and deliver value for money.
Work closely with the finance department to forecast telecom-related expenditures.
Identify potential risks in telecomcontracts and develop mitigation strategies to minimize exposure.
Ensure that all contracts have appropriate risk management provisions, including termination clauses and liability limitations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure solutions meet the company’s operational needs.
Communicate contract updates, amendments, and terms to relevant stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor on contract-related mattersto senior management.
Market Research & Industry Trends:
Stay updated on the latest trends, pricing models, and regulatory changes within the telecommunications industry.
Provide insights on new technologies and telecom solutions that can benefit the organization.
Education, Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or vendor management, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, services, and market trends.
Proven experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and managing vendor relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
Experience with telecom service providers and knowledge of telecom regulations.
Working Conditions:
Hybrid, with some travel to vendor sites as required.
Occasional extended hours during contract negotiations or project deadlines.
