We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and teach AI chatbots. You will have conversations with chatbots to measure their progress and write novel conversations to teach them appropriate responses.
As part of the application process, you will complete an assessment. Successful candidates will gain access to projects and, based on the quality of work, will continue to receive projects regularly. Most successful candidates work between 5-20 hours per week, up to 40 hours.

Qualifications
* Fluent in English
* A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
* Excellent writing and grammar skills
* Strong research and fact-checking abilities to ensure accuracy and originality
