Experienced Service Administrator required for our client based in the Medway Towns.
Duties will include:-
* Liaising with customers to book in the engineers to carry out planned preventative maintenance
* Booking engineers to carry out reactive works - booking around existing schedules
* Answering the phones, directing and screening calls
* To monitor payments received within the accounts department and process accordingly
* Take credit card payments over the phone
* Sending risk and method statements for future works (PPM's / Remedial Works)
Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, together with a good understanding of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a service / administrative role and have experience of working in a busy service / logistics environment.
