The Role The role of Regional Manager is vital in supporting the invaluable work that each Home undertakes. This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across a group of Homes within a defined region. This is a pivotal role, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, regulatory compliance, and business performance across multiple sites. As Regional Manager, you will have direct line management responsibility for Home Managers, providing them with regular support, supervision, and performance management. You will play a key role in developing and mentoring home leadership teams, ensuring they are empowered to deliver safe, person-centred care while meeting organisational and regulatory expectations. Working closely with Home Managers and the senior leadership team, you will drive continuous improvement, support service development, manage risk and lead a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability. The role of Regional Manager requires a dynamic, results-driven, and values-led leader with a strong background in care home management and multi-site operational oversight. A nursing qualification is essential for this role, along with at least 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse and a minimum of two years previous experience in a Regional Role. About The Role Main Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and support to Home Managers. Ensure high-quality, compliant care across all services. Drive business performance, improvement, and innovation. Mentor and develop leaders, ensuring strong succession planning. Safeguard residents and manage operational risks. Build positive relationships with stakeholders and partners. Provide cover and crisis management when required. Report on regional performance and contribute to governance. Required Criteria The Right to Work in the UK A Registered Nurse with active NMC registration, and a minimum of 5 years post-registration A minimum of 2 years experience in a regional position.
