Working hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5:30pm Hybrid working – 4 days in the office Employee wellbeing initiatives 26 days holiday plus bank holidays As an Account Manager, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities: Act as the day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management Build strong relationships by understanding client priorities, challenges, and ways of working Oversee projects from brief to final delivery, keeping timelines, approvals, and workflows on track Collaborate with creative, studio, and production teams to deliver on band work Maintain documentation, schedules, and status reports to keep everyone aligned Support the Account Director with estimates, scopes, budgets, and financial tracking We’re looking for an Account Manager with the following skills and experience: Extensive account management experience in a client-facing role working directly with brands and retailers on creative solutions Strong and accurate creative brief taking is essential along with a broad understanding of the production process (CAD design, load-ups, print production, and distribution) Passionate about sustainability and innovation Strong organisational discipline and ability to manage multiple deadlines Experience coordinating diverse teams to deliver for multiple stakeholders Confidence in communicating social requirements clearly and without jargon Calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-moving situations Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality output Applicants should have experience working directly with brands and retailers on creative solutions, linked to the production of semi-permanent cardboard displays, including FSDU’s, shelf edge furniture, and in-store displays that create theatre in store to improve consumer engagement.
