What you’ll be doing
- Leading and developing a team of 6+ Business Analysts across multiple locations
- Acting as the escalation point for BA and business queries
- Managing workload, priorities, and performance of the team
- Supporting project delivery across WMS, TMS and system integrations (EDI)
- Partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver robust solutions
- Overseeing UAT, system improvements, and service performance (SLAs)
- Driving continuous improvement within warehouse and logistics systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a BA team
- Strong background in warehouse operations / 3PL / supply chain environments
- Experience delivering system changes across WMS, TMS or ERP platforms
- Solid understanding of end-to-end project delivery (analysis through to implementation)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
