A UK leading financial servicespany based in Brighton is looking for a full-time permanent Telemarketing and Sales Support Executive to join theirpany. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an award-winningpany.
Your new role
Below is a list of the day-to-day duties for this position –
1. Provide excellent telemarketing to generate new business appointments
2. Handling high volume calls and targets
3. Building and maintaining long lasting relationships
4. Qualification of inbound telephone and digital enquiries and covering into sales leads
5. Building and maintaining the database / CRM platform
6. Co-ordinate new business meetings with Sales Directors
7. Manage and maintain lead referrals through the sales pipeline
8. Working with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns
9. Working with the regional sales directors to identify target prospects and taking on board feedback from past prospects meetings
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous sales experience handling outbound telephone calls and business to business telesales experience. You will have experience using a CRM system and have the ability to demonstrate telephone sales techniques. You will have excellent written and verbalmunication skills and have experience working within a customer service environment. The ability to build and maintain relationships and working with high level decision makers is key.
What you'll get in return
This role is paying between £25,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience. You will work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
