Pharmacist – Relocation to Bermuda

The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a busy, community-focused retail pharmacy where clinical care and customer service go hand in hand. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident, organised, and genuinely passionate about patient outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Accurately dispensing prescriptions and providing clear, professional patient counselling
* Supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations, including workflow efficiency and team collaboration
* Managing stock levels and contributing to effective inventory control
* Processing prescriptions and insurance claims accurately using pharmacy systems
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment
* Participating in ongoing professional development and staying up to date with best practice
Minimum experience & qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in a retail/community pharmacy setting
* Confident using pharmacy systems and general IT platforms
* Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
