The Role Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Provide general administrative support to the team Office supplies - Monitor inventory of kitchen and stationery supplies, placing orders as needed. Organising and liase with regular contractors e.g. cleaners, confidential waste, water supplier. Conduct weekly fire alarm testing and monthly emergency lights testing and log all information. You Will have fantastic communication skills Are well presented and professional Have experience of a similar role Are avowable start within short notice as this is a maternity contact.
