This role will be part of Kimberly Clark's International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business—an organization rooted in purpose and innovation that has built a legacy with global impact. As Kimberly-Clark forms a strategic partnership with Suzano to create a world-class international tissue and professional products company, this role is proposed to transfer to the new venture once the transaction closes, anticipated in mid-2026, subject to consultation and other applicable legal requirements. In your role as Reliability Leader, you will provide strategic reliability leadership borne through an excellent technical understanding and extensive proven background in engineering maintenance. You will lead the plant level reliability strategy development and plan execution including leadership of the transformation plan and its associated activities.
You will be responsible for establishing leadership standards for the personnel associated with maintenance and reliability throughout the site, setting the strategy, developing team and leader capabilities, managing the reliability glidepath, and delivering continuous improvement in asset reliability. This position also ensures maintenance and reliability teams are leveraging the OPEX (operational excellence) continuous improvement process to drive improvements.
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Manage, lead, resource and develop, the Reliability Team to support a breakthrough step change in asset performance with a principal focus on maintenance planning, scheduling, and pre-shut planning and effective parts staging, right first time, resulting in an improvement to safety, quality, OEE, and maintenance cost reduction to best support the sites assets.
* Manage, lead, resource and develop the Site Shift Technical Team (supported through the Shift Technical Team Leader) to effectively allocate and schedule technical resource to planned and responsive activities to support the sites assets.
* Manage, lead, resource and develop the Engineering Stores team (supported through the Purchasing/Engineering Stores Team Leader) to continuously drive improvements in safety, quality, inventory level, delivery and cost reduction to best support the sites assets.
* Manage and lead the on-site outsourced lubrication team and its plant maintenance program to best support the sites assets.
* Work in partnership with the Mill leadership to achieve facility objectives. Provide governance to all established reliability processes, ensure continual improvement, and build/establish new processes defined through RCPS.
* Ensure we are following best practice standards for all reliability systems and fully utilising end to end the Reliability Playbook and Maintenance Management System (SAP PM) for Work Identification and Control.
* Manage all aspects associated with CbM tools and techniques across the facility including thermography, vibration analysis, oil condition sampling, collating the data, making effective decisions and taking action.
* Manage Vendor support contracts and maintenance budgets associated with CbM based preventive and predictive reliability services. Lead with innovation to determine and track investments in reliability technology, tools, systems and processes to drive continuous improvement and right first time. Provide justification, develop and lead Reliability based Capital funded projects.

* Minimum degree level, ideally BEng Engineering or equivalent tertiary education or professional certifications.
* Significant engineering experience within a manufacturing, packaging or FMCG environment.
* In depth knowledge of SAP PM (computerised maintenance systems) and processes.
* Proven knowledge and experience of initiating and implementing Reliability focused continuous improvements programs.
