Functional Integration Lead Location: Stevenage Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 per annum A specialist recruitment partnership is seeking a Functional Integration Lead to join a high-performance team supporting missile systems integration and verification. This permanent role offers the opportunity to lead technical delivery of functional integration and system verification activities, contributing to complex programmes and developing system-level expertise. Role Overview The Functional Integration Lead will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and technical delivery of functional integration and system verification activities. Reporting to the Chief Systems Proving Engineer, the role involves planning and conducting integration and compatibility testing for missile and munition equipment. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple project stakeholders to ensure design verification and evidence requirements are met, while mentoring a small team of integration engineers to support skills development and knowledge sharing.
