Role: Full-Time or Part-Time Graduate TA
Salary: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience)
The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils reach their full potential.
* Assist in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
* Gain hands-on classroom experience – perfect preparation if you’re considering teacher training.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you:
* Are a recent graduate with a genuine interest in education.
* Have excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
* Are reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
* Have experience working with children, especially supporting a child with SEND — even informally, such as helping a family member or friend (advantageous but not essential).
