Hays are in partnership with a mainstream Secondary School who are seeking amitted Education Support Worker to support students with behavioural and emotional needs in a school setting. This job is ideal for someone with experience in education, youth work, or mental health support. They are looking for a dedicated Education Support worker that is available Full-Time and Long-Term.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support
2. Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
3. Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams
4. Help create a safe, inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
5. Experience with SEMH or behavioural needs
6. Calm, patient, and resilient approach
7. Strongmunication skills
8. Background in education or youth support (desirable)
