Responsibilities: Organise and schedule planned maintenance works in accordance with service agreements. Track ongoing jobs and update stakeholders on progress or delays. Communicate with field staff and external partners to arrange access and ensure timely completion of tasks. Provide health and safety documentation to clients as needed. Coordinate access equipment requirements for site visits. Schedule remedial actions arising from maintenance inspections. Effectively manage a busy workload in a dynamic environment. Maintain high levels of client communication to uphold company reputation. Allocate work to subcontractors when appropriate. Produce monthly performance reports, highlighting completed tasks and outstanding items. Adjust plans as necessary to accommodate urgent or unplanned service needs.
