We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support students with special educational needs in a specialist setting.This is a permanent opportunity with long-term career prospects.
You will support students throughout the day, helping them with learning, confidence, and independence.
What you'll do
* Support students 1:1 and in small groups
* Help with classroom tasks and activities
* Encourage independence and communication
* Support positive behaviour
* Work alongside teachers and support staff
* Support during lessons and break times
* Provide personal care where required
What We're Looking For
* Experience in SEN, care, education, or support work
* A patient and reliable attitude
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Available 2-5 days per week or full-time
* Able to work 8:30am - 4:30pm
