Reeson Education is looking for a Qualified Primary teacher to join a highly respected primary school in the vibrant and diverse borough of Barking, East London. This two-form entry school serves a diverse mixed community, in a central Zone 2 East London location. Responsibilities
* Teaching a Primary EYFS Reception Class
* Creating a welcoming classroom environment
* Working closely with each class’s Teaching Assistant
* Planning according to the curriculum with your year group partners
* Supporting the pupils with their core subjects
* Supporting SEN children and tailoring lessons to fit their needs
* Working with low ability pupils in small groups
* Managing challenging behaviour in the classroom

* QTS
* Experience working in a primary school
* (EYFS) curriculum experience
* Experience supporting pupils with additional needs
* Strong commitment to their own professional development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High levels of self-motivation and drive
