Responsibilities
* Order Management Excellence
Accurately and efficiently process customer orders using our IFS system, maintaining a high level of attention to detail throughout every stage.
* Customer First Approach
Our customers are central to everything we do. You'll be dedicated to providing timely, accurate information, resolving queries with care, and delivering a service that builds trust and long-term satisfaction.
* Professional Communication
You'll engage confidently and clearly with both internal teams and external customers, responding to enquiries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service role.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving.
