Senior OT Security EngineerSalary: up to £85,000 + Bonus + BenefitsLocation: Royal Leamington Spa - 3/weekWorking Hours: 40 hours per week - Full timeJob Type: PermanentA globally established organisation is seeking an experienced Senior OT Security Engineer to support and enhance cyber security across large-scale industrial and manufacturing environments.This Senior OT Security Engineer role will focus on strengthening OT security posture, improving visibility across operational technology environments, and optimising enterprise OT security tooling with a strong focus on the Armis Centrix platform.Responsibilities for the Senior OT Security Engineer:Manage and optimise the Armis Centrix platform across plant and OT environmentsReview and improve OT security architecture, collector deployment and asset coverageStandardise and enhance Armis configurations aligned to best practicesTune alerts, reduce false positives and improve threat visibilityImprove asset inventory, vulnerability management and reporting accuracyDesign and implement new OT threat detection use casesDevelop reporting across assets, vulnerabilities and OT threatsCollaborate with plant teams, vendors and security stakeholders to align operational and security requirementsSupport incident management, automation and OT security operations processesEssential Skills for the Senior OT Security Engineer:Strong experience within OT / ICS Security environmentsHands-on experience with the Armis Centrix platform or similarStrong understanding of PLC, DCS, MES and SCADA systemsStrong knowledge of OT network infrastructure and architectureExperience with vulnerability management and security operations within OT environmentsUnderstanding of security technologies including: IAM, EDR, Firewalls, PKI, DLP, DAMExperience with SIEM technologies such as: Google Chronicle, Splunk ES & QRadarExperience with log source integration, correlation rules and parser developmentStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsDesirable Skills for the Senior OT Security Engineer:Experience within manufacturing, utilities, healthcare or energy sectorsExposure to AWS or cloud operationsExperience supporting global industrial environmentsExperience within Agile delivery environmentsIf you are an experienced OT Security professional looking to work across complex industrial environments with modern OT cyber technologies, this role offers strong technical ownership and exposure to enterprise-scale security operations.
