Office Services Manager (Greenhall Nursery)
Greenhall Nursery School, The Creative Learning Partnership Trust is seeking to appoint a full‑time Office Services Manager (Term‑time only + 2 weeks) starting January 2026. The role supports an outstanding team in a Special School for children with Early Years Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, as well as a governor‑run nursery onsite – Little Learners.
The office is an integral part of the school and the successful candidate will play a central role in our community – you must be willing to take part in all aspects of school life! Working under the direction of the Headteacher and Trust central team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school’s administrative, financial, HR and health and safety processes. You will support staff, parents and visitors, maintain accurate records and systems, and help ensure our school continues to run efficiently and safely.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills; you will be dealing with people both in person and on the telephone. As the first contact point for both families and professionals, the ability to welcome and help people in a sensitive, kind and professional way is essential.
* Have experience of school or business administration, finance, HR or health and safety processes.
* Be confident using ICT systems and able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines; work well as part of a team and build positive relationships with colleagues, parents and pupils.
* Be well organised, efficient and good at multi‑tasking.
* Be flexible and willing to turn your hand to whatever the day brings.
* Is willing to go the extra mile for our children, families and wider community.
* Cares about details and has high standards.
* Can remain calm in difficult situations and is not afraid to ask for help when needed.
* Has a warm, welcoming and infectious smile that lights up their face – this smile is there to greet our children, families and fellow staff to show them how loved, special and valued they are!

Full‑time, permanent. Working hours are Mon‑Thurs 8.15‑4.15 pm, Fri 8.15‑3.45 pm. Term‑time only + 2 weeks.
Salary Range: Grade 6.
