About You
You'll bring:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a payroll bureau
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and processing
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
* A client-first mindset with proven relationship-building abilities
* Impeccable attention to detail and time management
* Ability to multi task in a busy environment
* Confidence in handling diverse and sometimes complex payrolls, including termination payments, holiday pay calculations, BIKs, SMP, SPP, ShPP, Alabaster calculations and much more
What You'll Do:
* Manage your own portfolio of clients with care and precision
* Collaborate with a supportive team, assisting with other payrolls when needed
* Deliver expert guidance and proactive support to clients
* Continue developing your expertise with ongoing training
Location:
Our offices are based in Leatherhead. After your probation period, you'll only be required to attend the office a minimum five days per month.
