Description The Service & Team: Inclusion Cornwall Hub is a busy central point for information and advice for partners, stakeholders and individuals, We work with Public Health and Winter Wellbeing partners to reduce fuel poverty, improve health and progress to work. The Role: We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic administration assistant to support Inclusion Cornwall the Policy Officer to have responsibility for providing accurate, efficient and effective administrative support for Winter Wellbeing fuel poverty programmes and any other related poverty/affordable warmth programmes, closely linked to Wellbeing and Public Health Service. This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies. Working Pattern: This role is full-time; however, we welcome applications from those interested in job sharing. This role is fixed term until March 2026. What you’ll need to succeed: You will be a central point of contact Winter Wellbeing Partnership helping people out of fuel poverty carry out a full range of administration. You will work with applications from residents seeking help with staying warm and well. You will also take calls, process enquiries and keep records up to date. Our ideal candidate will have excellent teamwork and communication skills, a good knowledge IT applications. On the job training will be provided.
