About the Role
We are seeking a Washroom Quality Control Manager to oversee and maintain excellent standards of washroom hygiene, quality control, and facilities management services across multiple client sites.
Location: Field Based

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out regular washroom service audits and inspections across client sites.
* Audit operatives for correct working procedures, stock accuracy, and service standards.
* Ensure compliance with quality control, hygiene regulations, and safety standards.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints with effective corrective actions.
* Train, coach, and support washroom operatives to improve service delivery.
* Monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and company service standards.
* Maintain detailed records of audits, inspections, and compliance reports.
* Work with the Operations Manager to identify service improvements.
* Liaise with clients to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
* Promote sustainability, efficiency, and continuous improvement in washroom services.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong knowledge of washroom hygiene, quality control, and facilities management.
* Previous experience as a quality auditor, service supervisor, compliance officer, or hygiene manager.
* Supervisory/management experience desirable.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and teams.
* Resilient, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Good IT skills for reporting and audit tracking.
* Full UK driving licence (travel between client sites required).
