Asset Management Officer (£43,207per annum, full-time)
Job Role
We are seeking a Asset Management Officer to play a key role in supporting the Property Asset Manager to:
Planning improvement works using data to inform decision-making and priorities
Supporting Decent Homes, EPC and Net Zero targets
Keeping our property information and systems up to date
Working closely with teams across the Property Services DirectorateWhat you’ll bring

Location Details
The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office. We offer a flexible approach to hybrid working.
