Taymouth Castle Golf & Sport Club Security Operations Officers are part of a highly professional team that supports all club locations in security, fire, life safety, alarm monitoring, video monitoring, incident management, investigation support, and dispatching of safety resources.
Responsibilities
* Dispatch and coordinate response to incidents on club premises or during club events using appropriate communication methods (medical emergencies, burglary, intrusion, fire, or duress alarms). Consult with law enforcement, fire, or other public safety organisations as required.
* Document, assess, and escalated incidents and develop concise, fact‑based incident reports for distribution to club security management.
* Report unusual or abnormal conditions to company security personnel, management, employees, and operations teams.
* Receive, evaluate, and disseminate incoming information and reports from security personnel, field officers, employees, suppliers, reporting parties, and local agencies via radio, phone, and email.
* Assist in coordinating after‑hours service requests requiring access to club properties.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum three years full‑time experience in a security function, preferably in an operations or control‑room centre setting.
* Valid SIA CCTV licence and valid UK driving licence.
* Proficiency in alarm monitoring, access control, video management, and crisis communication technology.
* Experience using Smart PTT, Genetec, or other enterprise VMS/SMS/communications platforms (highly preferred, training can be provided).
* Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with limited supervision while providing excellent customer service in a high call volume setting.
* Strong communication skills at all organisational levels.
* Calm, patient, and composed in fast‑paced, luxury club environments while juggling priorities intelligently.
