We are seeking a Finance Director to bring both strategic vision and hands-on leadership to its Senior Team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with proven leadership experience across finance and operations. Sector experience within agriculture or a closely related industry is highly desirable, enabling the successful candidate to bring a practical understanding of the sector’s unique commercial drivers, seasonality, and regulatory environment.
