Daily Responsibilities:
* Supporting personal development and independence
* Collaborating with supervisors to set and achieve targets
* Providing personal care
* Collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress and adapt learning plans
* Managing behaviour using a calm approach
Requirements:
* Child & Adult DBS clearance
* Not barred from working with children
* Own transport is essential due to limited public transport
* Genuine desire to progress within social care
* Minimum grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
