Key Responsibilities:
* Process Accounts Payable invoices on Sage
* Handle incoming and outgoing invoices; manage supplier and client queries
* Manage Daily & Monthly banking
* Process payment runs
* Perform monthly reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts
* Operate financial systems including Sage for transaction tracking and reporting
* Maintain and update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
* Provide Finance administrative support and collaborate with other departments as needed
