Who are TPS?
TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products necessary for servicing and repairing Volkswagen Group vehicles. As part of the Volkswagen Group, TPS includes brands such as Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS operates a national network of centres with a workforce of 1,500 employees, fostering a motivating, inclusive workplace that emphasizes learning, development, and recognition.
Established in 2006, TPS functions on an Agency Model, where Centres stock and sell on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK. The brand has experienced rapid growth financially and in the number of Centres nationwide.
What will you be doing?
* Working with the Sales Manager and team to meet business and sales objectives
* Achieving personal KPIs and revenue targets with target customers
* Identifying and accurately matching parts to customer requirements
* Utilizing product promotions effectively to meet targets
* Exploring sales opportunities within the customer base
* Maintaining product knowledge and awareness of competitors
* Building strong customer relationships through regular contact
* Providing excellent customer service by understanding needs, responding, and advising
* Communicating about credit status promptly
* Supporting the TPS Centre team to ensure excellent service
* Collaborating with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets
* Handling calls and inquiries within KPIs using approved greeting
* Using systems accurately for searching and ordering parts
* Completing documentation accurately and promptly
* Managing cash and credit transactions per TPS guidelines
What are we looking for?
* A self-starter with a proven record in building relationships and achieving sales in a B2B environment
* Confident communicator experienced in fast-paced or telesales environments
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Team player with drive to meet individual and team targets
* Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
* IT literate, preferably with MS Excel skills
