Our client based in Tamworth are recruiting for a Progress Administrator to join their head office and provide administration support across the Progressing, Quality, and Sales departments. This is a varied, hands-on role in a friendly, open-plan environment where no two days are the same. Full training will be given, making this a great opportunity to build your skills in different areas of the business.
The role would suit someone who is looking for a long-term job, working within a cross function administration role. Based in Tamworth the site has free car parking and has excellent public transport links as well as being close to a retail site.
What youll be doing
Youll play an important part in keeping the business running smoothly, with responsibilities spread across three key teams:
Dealing with Middle East customers on a daily basis via email
Coordinating and progressing customer orders via phone and email
Understanding and working with production schedules
Prioritising orders and liaising closely with Production, Sales, Warehouse and Purchasing
Tracking incoming materials and handling documentation
