We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our in-office team. This role focuses on inside sales and client relationship management. You'll be responsible for working internet leads, generating new business, and helping clients find the right coverage for their needs. While insurance experience is a plus, it is not required we welcome candidates with a strong background in sales from any industry.

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels to increase the client base.
Policy Customization: Design and recommend insurance plans that suit individual client needs, offering a personalized experience.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty to Tony Ciro American Family Insurance.
Networking: Actively participate in community events and networking activities to promote the company's services and enhance client connections.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, products, and legal requirements, ensuring up-to-date knowledge to provide clients with the best advice.
Requirements
Licensing: A valid Minnesota Property & Casualty License
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer-Oriented: A keen ability to understand and meet client needs, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Motivated: Self-driven with a proactive approach to sales and client interactions.
Team Player: Collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team environment.
