We’re looking for a HR Manager to join our client who are a leading multi-billion dollar company in the food ingredients sector with sites located across the globe. They thrive on creativity and innovation by embracing new technologies to push the boundaries of food science.
You will need to have experience of working in HR management in a similar manufacturing environment and have a demonstrable background in translating law into best practice employment policy, procedure and advice.
People management will also play a fundamental role in your day to day duties as you will be the line manager for a Senior HR Advisor, HR Officer, and Operations Coordinator.
Please note that you’ll need to hold a full driving license, as you will occasionally be required to travel to other sites in the UK.
