Senior Associate - Litigation | Lead High-Value Disputes

The Role
As a Senior Associate you will:
* Own a portfolio of complex, high-value litigation files from instruction through to resolution.
* Provide clear, commercially focused advice to businesses and individuals on high-stakes disputes.
* Conduct advocacy in the High Court and County Court and manage ADR processes such as mediation and arbitration.
* Draft, review and negotiate key litigation documents (pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements).
* Devise robust litigation strategies aligned to clients’ commercial objectives.
* Supervise, coach and develop junior fee-earners and trainees to deliver high quality work.
* Build trusted client relationships and act as a senior point of contact on sensitive matters.
* Work closely with partners to win new instructions and support the team’s growth initiatives.
About You
You will ideally have:
* Qualification as a Solicitor of England & Wales with 8 -10+ years PQE in litigation.
* A demonstrable track record handling complex commercial disputes.
* Strong advocacy, negotiation and drafting capabilities.
* Confident knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and practical litigation tactics.
* Experience from a top-tier firm or respected in-house legal team is advantageous.
* Leadership skills and the ability to manage, mentor and motivate a team.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to translate legal strategy into business outcomes.
* Ambition, initiative and a desire to play a central role in shaping the litigation practice.
