Key responsibilities:
3. Maintaining accurate records of all sales transactions.
4. Processing invoices and credit notes in a timely manner.
5. Reconciling the sales ledger and resolving discrepancies.
6. Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting.
7. Collaborating effectively with the wider finance team and sales department.
8. Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
9. Supporting the management of customer queries regarding invoices and payments.
10. Assisting with ad-hoc finance-related tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate requires:
11. A strong educational background in finance or accounting.
12. Proficiency in using finance software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
13. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
14. A meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
15. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers.
