Your new role
Developing hands-on solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM. Responsible for technical development of IT Changes and Projects, primarily coding with additional management responsibilities.
* Lead activities using an Agile, iteration-based approach.
* Identify and implement training needs.
* Review development approaches and ensure proper documentation.
* Improve departmental efficiency.
* Ensure timely delivery of projects meeting business and end-user requirements.
* Collaborate with business analysts to follow robust development processes.
* Define development tools and manage deployment of applications and systems.
* Ensure software integrations meet requirements and compliance.
* Create procedures for system enhancements and upgrades.
* Coordinate with network administrators and engineers for quality assurance.
* Coach teams in development standards and best practices.
* Support internal IT teams as needed.
* Estimate projects and ensure delivery within timescales and quality standards.
* Report progress to senior management.
* Manage release processes to Production.
What you'll need to succeed
* Hands-on experience with C#, TypeScript, Power Platform solutions (Power Pages, Power Apps, Flows).
* Development management experience in an agile environment using .NET and C#.
* Experience with defect/enhancement documentation and solutions.
* Proficiency with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
* Data migration and integration experience.
* Knowledge of audit requirements for development.
* Leadership skills to motivate teams.
* Understanding of service-oriented architecture and enterprise applications.
* Experience with TypeScript frameworks.
* Focus on achieving key business objectives.
