The Student Information Zone (SIZ) is UEA’s one-stop shop for students, right in the heart of campus. We’re looking for a Student Information Adviser to join our team and provide outstanding information, advice, and guidance to students in person, online, and by phone. In this role, you will: Be the first point of contact for a wide range of student queries. Offer clear, compassionate, and professional support. Work collaboratively with teams across the University to make sure students get the help and information they need. Resolve issues where possible and refer on to specialist services when necessary. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll make a real difference to the student experience. What we’re looking for: Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, staying calm and focused under pressure. Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to suit different needs, audiences and situations. Excellent customer service experience with a focus on delivering high-quality support. Ability to listen with empathy and deal sensitively with a wide range of individuals and issues.
