About The Role
Are you ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, working alongside the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver exceptional food experiences at Butlins.
In this exciting position, you will:
* Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes that meet our brand standards.
* Oversee and mentor a small team of commis chefs, guiding them in food safety practices and kitchen operations.
* Participate in our award-winning Butlins Chef Academy, enhancing your skills in a fun and educational environment, paving the way for your career growth.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, setting a standard for health and safety that your team will follow.
* Prepare and cook dishes according to pre-approved recipes, manage daily food diaries, and control budget margins with support from the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring efficiency and compliance in your section, especially in the absence of the Sous Chef. Join us in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests!
About You

* A Level 3 Food Safety qualification and confidence in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Strong management skills to control costs and ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
