The opportunity
A leading global investment platform is expanding its Glasgow operations and is hiring multiple Fund Accountants as part of a long-term growth strategy for 2026 and beyond.
You’ll own full end-to-end fund accounting for complex alternative investment structures — not just preparing numbers, but analysing them, challenging them and explaining them to demanding institutional clients.
You’ll be exposed to:
1. Hedge funds, private equity, quant and family office structures
2. Daily NAVs, full P&L and balance sheet ownership
3. Performance analysis, fee calculations and investor allocations
4. Direct interaction with clients and relationship managers
5. Global teams across the US, Europe and Asia
What you’ll be doing
You will take full responsibility for your own client portfolio, including:
6. Producing and reviewing daily Net Asset Values (NAVs)
7. Analysing P&L movements, reconciliations and trading activity
8. Reviewing capital activity and corporate actions
9. Preparing month-end P&L and balance sheets for client sign-off
10. Calculating and allocating management and performance fees
11. Producing investor-level reporting
12. Working with client relationship managers to resolve queries and support client initiatives

Who this suits:

13. Part-qualified or fully qualified ACCA, CIMA or CA
14. Have a minimum of two years’ experience in accounts production, financial analysis or audit within practice, industry or financial services
15. Curious, commercially aware and not afraid to question numbers
16. Comfortable working to deadlines in a dynamic environment
