The Estimating Administrator plays a key role in preparing, organizing, and managing bid documentation to ensure the estimating team has accurate, up-to-date information. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with estimators, project managers, and other stakeholders.\* Prepare and maintain estimating files ? both hard copies and digital ? ensuring all records are organized and accessible.\* Download and manage drawings, specifications, and other tender documents from client portals or bid platforms.\* Maintain and update the estimating bid log and project database.\* Act as liaison between estimators, project managers, and other team members to ensure timely information flow.\* Review bid documents to determine the scope of work required for pricing.\* Assist in tracking bid deadlines and submission requirements.\* Prepare prequalification documents and submittals\* Support general estimating and administrative tasks as required.\* Previous experience in an estimating, construction, or engineering environment preferred.\* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with estimating software and project management tools is an asset.\* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications (an asset, but training can be provided).\* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.HCM is a design/build shoring and deep foundations contractor in Ontario and employs a diversified and experienced work force consisting of Professional Engineers, Project Mangers, Estimators, Specialty Supervisors, foremen, operators, labourers and trades peopleLearn more about what we do at our website http://www.hcgroup.ca/.We offer:\* Collaborative team environment\* Opportunities for professional growth and development\* Competitive compensation and benefits packageJob Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Extended health care* Paid time offWork Location: In person
