We are working with a SEN school in Tiverton seeking a full-time, experienced Forest Leader to join their team. Candidates must have relevant outdoor education / forest school qualifications to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:
* Guide students along their educational journey.
* Utilise various strategies to address the unique needs of each student.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to develop support plans.
* Cultivate a positive atmosphere to enhance social and communication skills.
* Implement interventions and participate in activities to support academic progress.
Requirements:
* Relevant Forest School and Outdoor Education TA experience and qualifications.
* Effective communication skills.
* UK driving license and own car (preferred).
* Traits such as compassion, patience, and empathy.
* Adaptability and flexibility.
* A strong commitment to student success and well-being.
