A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join their team ASAP. This is a temporary position working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday initially, then Tuesday & Thursdays, paying up to £15 per hour.
Your key duties in this Part-Time Accounts Assistant role will include but are not limited to:
* Credit control, including chasing overdue accounts
* Raising invoices and allocating customer payments
* Managing accounts inboxes and responding to queries
* Processing purchase orders, credit notes, and expenses
* General finance administration and support to the team
Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:
* Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
* Sage experience (desirable)
